Please plan to attend.  All members are welcome to observe the Board Meeting.  The President, Vice-president and Treasure will be elected at the Members Meeting.  It you cannot attend the Members Meeting please give you written proxy to a member that will attend so that we will have a quorum for conducting business.

The nominating committee would be delighted to hear from you if you would like to volunteer for one of the three officer positions.  Please contact Ron Lather (cavinron [at] midmo [dot] com), chairman of the nominating committee, it you want to run for and office or just want to suggest someone else.
