Trip Report We did a second count between Thunder Falls & the Round room.
We left a Blue reflector at the round room. These reflectors will indicate
BIO Markers. There are three more at the back door to be used as such.
Lawrence and Val took notes. I don't have the numbers but we found life
everywhere we went, including right around what looked like carbide on a rock.
Please, when
you travel in the stream try to stay out of the ripples. Bugs live under
the rocks in the ripples.
We didnt' get to the end of mappaged passage. Other than that, we fulfilled our
trip schedule. We picked up lots of trash; carbide dump, Air Mattress,
Batteries, Cans, etc. Even a bag of trash at the bottom of the hole. Everyone
should be doing this. We probably carried out 25 pounds of trash!
Why is it so hard to find people to go on BIO trips?
We were in Carroll for about 8 hours. Thank you Val, Lawrence and Bill.
Couldn't have done it without you. Lets do it again.
Bill and I worked at the campsite Sunday Morning cleaning up and cutting wood.
