Proposed bylaw changes were presented
Ads membership requirements, allows for revocation of membership-approved to be presented to members
Proposal for 3 of the board directors to be elected by the membership-try to get nominating committee
Change quorum to 1/4 of membership or 30, whichever is less
Survey Issues
Bob Lerch was the only applicant for survey chairman
Rick wants more surveyors involved with the rest of the CCC
The survey has been restarted
There is consideration of how to work with other projects
Bob Lerch has most of the data
We need some kind of disclaimer when distributing data
Many cartography issues, Bob has plan for resolving most of these
Money needed to replace/repair instruments due to regular wear
The Roos cave radio will be used when appropriate
No one knows where the DGPD from Earl Biffle is, Ron Lather has an RTK system, which is better
Adopt a side discussed, many logistical issues discussed
Access-Eddie Simmons
Want to allow board approved non-members on a regular basis
Many changes to Access Policy in the works, being reworked and distributed. The details need to be worked out. Wants to change Access Committee to Management Committee, Management plan is being worked on
Cave Radio
Randy Bruegger needs about $200 for a plaque dedicated to Mike Roos for the cave radio. Simmons motions, Page seconds, passes.
501c3 tax exemption is all good
Biology- Lawrence Ireland
Request made to close passages for bats-
From the Water Barrier to the Mountain Room- Closed May 1 through Aug 31
From the Nat. Entrance to the Mountain Room- Closed Oct 1 though Mar 31
Wagner makes motion to approve this and review in one year, seconded by Lather, passes
