Training session and committee meeting at next project weekend

Biology counts were done on Upper and Lower Thunder, and Carroll River

Keep the hatch closed behind you when you are in the cave
 

Rescue- Mike McKinney
Feasibility of human extraction tested
4:1 haul system rigged, did test run
600' of rope likes to twist up
Communication is problematic, phone wasn't working
Twisting problems can be reduced by careful setup
System needs to be upgraded
Winch?
1 rope system with no resets?
Proposal to require all trip leaders to be trained on the haul system-2 training sessions/year
Leave the system rigged for quick setup
Need $250 to upgrade 4:1 or $1400 for rescue winch
 

Cave Radio- plaque for Mike Roos will be made
 

Schoolhouse- working on getting small donations
 

History- Trying to get old grotto records
 

501c3- All is good and permanent
