T-Junction Dig4 Report

 Last week Daniel Schupbach at Journagan’s in Springfield donated an 8-foot diameter by 16 foot steel tank.  Eddie and Phil Ming delivered the tank to the site using Phil’s truck.

 Sunday morning we cut a 4-foot diameter opening in one end of the tank and cut out internal cross bracing. 

 Jason Percival used his backhoe to clean out the hole, drop in the tank and backfill.

 We then cut off the top three feet of the tank.  The tank will stick up about 3 feet above finished grade.  We will cut and hinge a section at ground level for a gate.
